WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Elect Democratic Women (EDW), the Congressional Member-led committee dedicated to electing Democratic women to Congress, announced its endorsement of Rep. Stacey Plaskett for Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

“Elect Democratic Women is proud to endorse Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett in her campaign to become the next Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands,” said Liz Gallagher, Executive Director of Elect Democratic Women. “A proven leader, accomplished attorney, and devoted mother, Congresswoman Plaskett has never stopped advocating for economic growth, climate resilience, voting rights, and a stronger future for the people of the Virgin Islands.
